Terms of Sale
Please submit design ideas and measurements for a quote. An estimated quote for the custom-made show clothing from A Winning Attitude Show Apparel will be sent to you; these prices are good for 10 days from the time of the quote.
Terms: A 50% deposit of total quoted price will be needed to start project and the deposit is non-refundable. Your requested project will be placed on the books only after the deposit has been received. Orders are taken in order that they are received unless prior arrangements have been made. Balance due and shipping fees are due prior to pick up or shipping of items. All orders must be paid for within 14 days of final invoicing.
If final payment is not made within 14 days of final invoicing, the items will become the property of AWASA and be sold at the discretion of AWASA. Payment may be made via money order, cashiers check or personal check (a personal check must clear before items can be released/shipped) Credit card payments can be accepted through Paypal. If you would like to pay by Paypal please request a total and an invoice will be sent to you via e-mail or you may send the payment to awinningattitude@aol.com .
Reasonable Refunds / exchanges will be made within one week of receipt and are at discretion of A Winning Attitude Show Apparel. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the merchandise credit or refund. Any shipping cost will be paid by the client; please insure your return package, include a copy of your invoice, and indicate whether you wish an exchange or refund. Clothing must be unworn and unaltered.
Alterations will be made in the first ten days of receipt, at no charge, after that the sale will be considered final and any alterations after that time will be charged accordingly. If this is a local order, a final fitting will be mandatory prior to the item being released.
